KYOTO STAR BAR is an authentic cocktail bar in Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto, and the Kyoto counterpart to STAR BAR GINZA. We carry on the craft and spirit of Hisashi Kishi, a Contemporary Master Craftsman. Enjoy classic cocktails such as the Martini and Gimlet, crafted one at a time, plus original cocktails featuring Kyoto ingredients like Uji matcha and Mizuo yuzu. Our whisky selection includes Yamazaki, Hakushu, Hibiki, Scotch and other spirits. Non-alcoholic options include specialty coffee, Uji matcha and seasonal kakigori. Located in central Kyoto, KYOTO STAR BAR offers an authentic Japanese bar experience, combining traditional cocktail craftsmanship, Japanese whisky and Kyoto-inspired drinks in a refined atmosphere.
