Featured in Condé Nast Traveler’s “10 Best Restaurants in Kyoto, ” our signature White Miso & Yuzu Dashi Mazemen layers kombu and bonito dashi with Kyoto white miso, yuzu and sansho. Mix gently to enjoy changing aromas and flavors in every bite. Enjoy cold and hot mazemen, with vegan and gluten-free options. We aspire to become a Kyoto classic 50 years from now.
