We warmly welcome guests from around the world. 2016年開業、京都・丸太町、京都御苑東のまぜ麺専門店（ラーメン店）。京都の出汁文化から生まれた「京都まぜ麺」を提案しています。「Condé Nast Traveler」の「京都ベストレストラン10」に選出。名物は「白味噌柚子出汁のまぜ麺」。京都の椀文化を麺料理に映し、混ぜすぎず、一口ごとに変わる香りと味わいを楽しむ一杯です。冷やし・温かいまぜ麺をご用意。ヴィーガン・グルテンフリー対応。50年後の"京都のソウルフード"を目指しています。 Mazemen MARUTA is a ramen restaurant opened in 2016 in Marutamachi, near Kyoto Imperial Palace. We create "Kyoto Mazemen" inspired by Kyoto's dashi and bowl traditions. Featured in Condé Nast Traveler's "10 Best Restaurants in Kyoto." Our signature White Miso & Yuzu Dashi Mazemen is light and aromatic. Rather than overmixing, enjoy changing flavors with each bite. Served cold or hot. Vegan & gluten-free options available. Our goal: to become a Kyoto cjlassic in 50 years.
