レゾンデートル四ツ橋店をいつもご愛顧頂き、 誠にありがとうございます。 姫路城の近くで生まれたレモンケーキを、大阪市西区の四ツ橋にて販売しております。 姫路本店で愛情を込めて丁寧に焼き上げられた本家の味でございます。 『世界一の朝食』で有名な神戸北野ホテルの 山口浩シェフ監修レモンケーキ：北海道産バター、国産卵、レモンコンフィチュール、生クリーム、砂糖、小麦粉 とてもシンプルな素材で焼き上げたレモンケーキとなっております。 姫路本店で、シットリの食感の配合を見つけるまで何年も試行錯誤しました。 常温で賞味期限2週間 お召し上がりになる時、冷やして頂くとよりレモン感がアップいたします。 唯一無二のおいしさで広く親しまれ、ずっと愛されるお菓子を… そんな想いを胸に、誰もが笑顔になれる こだわりのレモンケーキをお届けします。 「Raison d'etre Yotsubashi」 is a lemon cake specialty store. We sell lemon cakes Yotsubashi, Nishi Ward, Osaka City. Baked with very simple ingredients: Hokkaido butter, domestic eggs, lemon confiture, fresh cream, sugar, and wheat flour, it took many years of consideration to find the perfect combination for the lemon cake's texture. Shelf life is 2 weeks at room temperature.
