千歳市にある季節の恵みを一皿ずつお楽しみいただく、日本料理の店です。 北海道ならではの魚介や山の幸、野菜など、その時季の美しい食材を、一品一品丁寧に仕立てます。 料理だけでなく、器、盛り付け、しつらえ、そしてお客様と過ごす時間まで含めて、一つの美しい食事の時間になることを大切にしています。 基本は季節のおまかせコース。決まった形にとらわれず、その日の仕入れや季節に合わせて内容を組み立てます。アラカルトやお好みに合わせたお料理についても、できる限りご相談を承ります。 営業は基本的に5月から10月の土曜・日曜。金曜・祝日に営業する場合もございます。 その日、その季節にしか出会えない料理と時間をご用意します。 ご希望に沿ったお料理をご用意するため、事前のご予約をおすすめします。 Chitose Soushi is a small Japanese restaurant in Chitose, Hokkaido, offering seasonal cuisine inspired by the rich ingredients of Hokkaido.
