We primarily use three types of miso, carefully crafted in regions from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, selected to best suit each store. These misos form the base of our authentic soups, prepared with time and care. For toppings, our homemade chashu (braised pork), marinated in our special miso, is a popular choice. We pour the deliciousness and wonder of miso into every bowl of ramen we serve.
