11月2日大安吉日開店「とんかつジョニー」 BOSSたなかさとるが選び抜いた豚肉は岐阜県の銘柄豚「ボーノポーク」。一般的な豚肉の約2倍のサシを持ち、強いうま味と甘みが特長！その豚肉をオリジナルの方法で熟成させ、最高の豚肉に仕上げます。店内は伝統ある割烹や天ぷら屋のような、粋な和のムードで、L字の大きなカウンターだけの客席。オープンキッチンで作業する職人の仕事を眺めながら、ごゆっくりとお食事をお楽しみください。 "Tonkatsu Johnny" opens on November 2nd, an auspicious day. The pork selected by boss Satoru Tanaka is "Bono Pork", a brand of pork from Gifu Prefecture. It has about twice as much marbling as regular pork, and is characterized by its strong umami and sweetness! The pork is aged using an original method to produce the best pork. The restaurant has a chic Japanese atmosphere, reminiscent of a traditional Japanese restaurant or tempura shop, and only a large L-shaped counter is used for seating.
