沖縄に本気のもんじゃ焼きとお好み焼きの旋風を起こしたいと思い、国際通りのれん街に地下B1F堂々オープン！ もんじゃ焼きは元々、江戸時代に東京でうまれました。 江戸時代末期、月島の駄菓子屋の前で手頃なおやつとして売られていたのが根源。 葛飾北斎の「北斎漫画」にて鉄板の上に小麦粉を水で溶き、絵や文字を書いて子供たちに教えたり遊んだりして食べさせていた、「文字焼き（もじやき）」から始まったといわれてます。 戦後、キャベツや天かす、コーン等の素材が入ったことで大人のおつまみへと進化し、現在に至ります。 大人のおつまみと子供が楽しめる遊び心が感じられるおやつ要素の両方を取り入れたお店が。当店『コナマミレ』です。 "We are a restaurant where you can enjoy local dishes originating from Japan, such as Okonomiyaki, Monja-yaki, and Teppanyaki!
