外苑前駅徒歩9分にあるnatuRe Waikiki では環境に配慮した地産食材を使用し、その土地の伝統や自然の美しさを伝える一皿を通じてゲストとともに持続可能な食の未来を考えるレストランを目指してきました。natuRe tokyo でも想いはそのままに、お客様がこの地球や自然に対して考えるきっかけとなるような食体験をよりカジュアルに楽しんでいただけるお店にしたいと考えています。私たち⼀軒のレストランができるアクションは限られているかもしれませんが、この思想がお客さまに伝播し、地球や自然に恩返しできるサイクルが生まれることを願っています。The spirit of environmentally conscious, locally produced, locally consumed food that was cultivated at natuRe Waikiki in Hawaii has been brought to Tokyo. At natuRe Tokyo, we offer a more casual atmosphere and an experience that encourages people to think about the earth and nature through food.
