東京で精進料理をお探しの方は寺子屋三光院で召し上がりませんか？ 寺子屋三光院では精進料理(Japanese cuisine)の他に精進料理教室(Japanese Cooking Class)、茶道(tea ceremony)、生け花(Ikebana)、禅(Zen)、書道(calligraphy)、尺八(shakuhachi)を体験する事が出来ます。 竹之御所流の食文化を三光院に移して一般向けに恒常的に提供されている場所は現状で日本唯一となった形式の御所流精進料理です。 精進料理教室では旬の野菜をつかったを実施しており、禅も学べる開催日もございます。 直接の実技指導でなくては伝わりにくい料理のコツもわかりやすくお教えします。 茶道や尺八も専属の講師がお稽古をつけ、英語指導も行っております。海外からのお客様も歓迎致します。是非この機会に寺子屋三光院で日本の食文化、精進料理を体験にいらしてください。 At Terakoya sankouin, in addition to shōjin ryōri, you can experience shōjin cooking classes, tea ceremony, ikebana, Zen, calligraphy, and shakuhachi.
