動物系＆魚介系のＷスープの総本山。麺屋武蔵シングルブランド第3号店！ 鶏ガラと豚骨を主体とした「動物系スープ」と、かつお節、煮干しでとる「魚介系スープ」の二刀流スープ。バランスの取れた深い味わいのスープに、小麦の香り・甘味を感じるモチモチ中太麺がよく絡みます。特製のタレでじっくり煮込んだ大判の角煮は、トロトロで柔らかくラーメンとの相性もバツグンです。さらに、つけ麺、らー麺を始め、こだわりの生ビール、手包み餃子などシングルブランドならではのサイドメニューも、是非。Our ramen features a double-broth system: an animal-based broth primarily made from chicken and pork bones, and a seafood-based broth derived from bonito flakes and dried sardines. This creates a well-balanced and deep-flavored soup that perfectly clings to our chewy, medium-thick noodles, which offer the aroma and sweetness of wheat. The large, slow-braised pork belly (kakuni), cooked in our special sauce, is incredibly tender and melt-in-your-mouth, making it an excellent match for the ramen.
