About 200 seats give families and friends a relaxed space to enjoy Sapporo ramen. Ezo Shokudo serves a classic Sapporo miso ramen with vegetables seared over roaring flames, aged noodles and chashu. Kaminariken pairs rich seafood and pork tsukemen dipping noodles with a lighter soy sauce version. Yukimura builds its miso ramen on slow simmered pork paitan, Takezo uses a historic miso once served to the Tokugawa family, and Hienn adds roasted shrimp to chicken paitan. Menus available only in Susukino make the hall a fitting stop for travelers.
